Fun Filth LLC (“Fun Filth,” “we,” “us”) operates funfilth.com and our online store at funfilth.bigcartel.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order. Our store runs on Big Cartel. When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide one), and order details. Payment is handled by Big Cartel’s payment partners, such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you contact us. If you use the contact form on our site, we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, subject, and message. Form submissions are sent to our business email account, which is hosted by Hostinger. We use the information only to respond to you.
Automatically. We use Independent Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that runs on our own website, to understand which pages are visited and how people find us. It does not use cookies and does not send your data to third parties. It uses your IP address to estimate your general location and to create an anonymous, one-way scrambled identifier that can’t be traced back to you. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell humans from automated traffic, under Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Big Cartel and its payment partners may also use cookies and similar technologies on the store and at checkout.
How we use your information
- To process, ship, and support your orders
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and keep our site and store secure
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Big Cartel, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Payment processors, which handle your payment
- Shipping providers (such as UPS or USPS) and the tools we use to buy shipping labels, which receive your name and address to deliver your order
- Hostinger, which hosts our website and business email
- Cloudflare, which provides spam and bot protection on our contact form
- Authorities, when the law requires it
These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact information as long as we need it to fulfill orders, handle returns and support, and meet tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by using the contact form (see below). We’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can. Some information we may need to keep for legal or accounting reasons. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies, though parts of the store may not work properly.
Age requirement
Fun Filth products contain strong language and humor intended for adults 18 and older. Our site and store are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Links to other sites
Our site links to Big Cartel and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
